The invention discloses an aluminium alloy pillar for a naval vessel. The aluminium alloy pillar comprises a hollow outer pipe arranged in the vertical direction and a hollow telescopic inner pipe; the bottom end of the hollow telescopic inner pipe is inserted into the outer pipe through the top of the outer pipe; a limiting device fixedly connected with the outer pipe is arranged on the side wallof the outer pipe; a lower footstock is arranged at the bottom end of the outer pipe, and an anti-skid layer is arranged on the top wall of the lower footstock; a screw rod is arranged at the top endof the telescopic inner pipe, the external diameter of the screw rod is less than the internal diameter of the telescopic inner pipe, and the bottom end of the screw rod is inserted in the telescopicinner pipe; the side wall of the screw rod is movably connected with the telescopic inner pipe; an adjusting handle is arranged at the top end of the screw rod; and an upper footstock is arranged atthe top end of the adjusting handle, and an anti-skid layer is arranged on the bottom wall of the upper footstock. The aluminium alloy pillar has the following benefits: the material cost for supporting is saved, the labor force is saved, and the anti-skid layers are arranged at the two ends of the upper footstock and the lower footstock, so that the frictional force between the aluminium alloy pillar and a support surface is increased, the accidents that the aluminium alloy pillar deviates and slips when the aluminium alloy pillar is stressed are avoided, damage to the support surface by thealuminium alloy pillar is relieved, and the safe reliability of naval vessel damage control is improved.
本发明公开了一种用于舰艇的铝合金支柱,包括竖直方向上设置的空心状外管和底端通过外管顶部插入外管内部的空心状伸缩内管,外管侧壁设有一个与其固接的限位装置,底端设有一个顶壁设有防滑层的下顶座,伸缩内管的顶端设有一个外径小于伸缩内管内径且底端插入伸缩内管的丝杆,丝杆侧壁与伸缩内管活动连接,丝杆顶端设置一个调节手柄,调节手柄的顶端设有一个底壁设有防滑层的上顶座,本发明的有益效果是:节约了支撑所需要的物料成本,减少了劳动力,在上顶座和下顶座的两端设置防滑层,增大了铝合金支柱和支撑面的摩擦力,避免了铝合金支柱受力后造成跑偏和滑道等事故,缓解了铝合金支柱对支撑面造成的损伤,提高了舰艇损害管制的安全可靠性。
