The invention relates to a coil design method for a stepped dynamic automobile wireless power supply system, and the method comprises the following steps: 1, carrying out the design according to a switching domain coil size formula, obtaining the optimal size specification of a switching domain of an electric energy transmitting coil, and further obtaining the optimal size specification of an operation domain; 2, according to the switching domain and the operation domain of the electric energy transmitting coil and the actual working condition preset mutual inductance value and the optimal size specification of the energy obtaining coil, further obtaining the turn number of the switching domain and the turn number of the operation domain of the electric energy transmitting coil; 3, establishing a function relationship between electric energy emission at the switching domain and the mutual inductance value of the energy acquisition coil, and further obtaining the optimal length of the energy acquisition coil through a simulation experiment; and 4, obtaining a function relationship between the open-circuit voltage of the energy acquisition coil and the current of the electric energytransmitting coil according to the mutual inductance value corresponding to the optimal length. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages of being simple in design method, small in designed coil mutual inductance fluctuation rate and the like.

    本发明涉及一种用于阶梯型动态汽车无线供电系统的线圈设计方法,该设计方法包括以下步骤:步骤1:根据切换域线圈尺寸公式设计得到电能发射线圈的切换域的最优尺寸规格,并进一步得到运行域最优尺寸规格;步骤2:根据电能发射线圈的切换域和运行域各自与能量获取线圈的实际工况预设互感值和最优尺寸规格进一步得到电能发射线圈的切换域和运行域各自的匝数;步骤3:建立切换域处电能量发射与能量获取线圈互感值的函数关系并进一步通过仿真实验得到能量获取线圈的最优长度;步骤4:根据最优长度对应的互感值得到能量获取线圈开路电压与电能发射线圈电流之间的函数关系。与现有技术相比,本发明具有设计方法简单,设计线圈互感波动率小等优点。
