The invention provides a girder profiling and assembling tool and a girder profiling and assembling method. The girder profiling and assembling tool comprises a bottom frame, a plurality of pressing assemblies, an inner mold, two spinning assemblies, a plurality of supporting assemblies and a plurality of profiling assemblies, wherein the multiple pressing assemblies are arranged in the length direction of the bottom frame at intervals and used for pressing a girder to the bottom frame, the inner mold is positioned at the front end of the bottom frame in the length direction, the two spinningassemblies are arranged on the two sides of the inner mold correspondingly and used for spinning an upper wing plate and a lower wing plate of the girder towards the inner mold to form a neck connecting section, the multiple supporting assemblies are arranged on one side of the bottom frame at intervals in the length direction of the bottom frame and located behind the spinning assemblies, the multiple pressing assemblies are arranged in the length direction of the bottom frame at intervals, the pressing assemblies are arranged on the two sides of the bottom frame and located in front of the spinning assemblies and used for forming the head extending sections, the pressing assemblies are arranged on the other sides, opposite to the supporting assemblies, of the rear portions of the spinning assemblies so as to match with the supporting assemblies to form the tail extending sections.

    本发明提供了一种大梁压型拼装工装及大梁压型拼装方法。大梁压型拼装工装包括底架、多个压紧组件、内模具、两旋压组件、多个支撑组件和多个压型组件。多个压紧组件沿底架的长度方向间隔设置,用于将大梁压紧于底架上;内模具位于底架长度方向的前端;两旋压组件分列于内模具的两侧,用于将大梁的上翼板和下翼板向内模具旋压而成型颈部连接段;多个支撑组件沿底架的长度方向间隔设置于底架的其中一侧,并位于旋压组件的后方;多个压型组件沿底架的长度方向间隔设置,且在底架的两侧并位于旋压组件的前方均设有压型组件,用于成型头部延伸段,在旋压组件的后方相对于支撑组件的另一侧设有压型组件,从而与支撑组件配合而成型尾部延伸段。
