The production method comprises the following three steps that firstly, a rim is manufactured; 2, a spoke is manufactured; 3, the rim and the spoke are combined; the third step comprises the following steps that (1) press-fit spot welding; (2) synthetic welding; (3) vibration aging; (4) harmonic wave checking; (5) identifier printing. According to the method, the wheel is prepared from the steel with the tensile strength of 590-780 MPa, the residual stress is eliminated through vibration aging, the residual stress can be reduced by about 60%, and the bending fatigue life and the radial fatigue life of the wheel can reach 1,000,000 times or above. The production of wheels with higher wheel material strength and thinner thickness can be realized, which is 33.7% lighter than wheels with the same strength grade, and the requirements of light weight of the whole vehicle and energy conservation and environmental protection of users are met. Online production can be realized through vibration aging, and the vibration aging device is matched with an existing automatic production line, so that the productionefficiency is improved. The vibratory stress relief process has the characteristics of low energy consumption, short time, low cost, simple technological process and the like.
