The invention discloses a full-floating carriage structure and a railway vehicle. The carriage structure comprises a vehicle body sectional material and interior trim panels, the interior trim panelscomprise a vehicle interior floor panel, a side wall trim panel and a vehicle roof trim panel, the vehicle interior floor panel, the side wall trim panel and the vehicle roof trim panel form an interior trim integral structure, an interlayer is formed between the vehicle body sectional material and the interior trim integral structure, and the interlayer is filled with sound absorption and insulation materials. The vehicle interior floor panel and the vehicle body sectional material are in vibration reduction connection through a bottom floating mounting base, the side wall decorative plate isconnected with the vehicle body sectional material through a side floating installation base in a vibration reduction mode, the vehicle roof trim panel is connected with the vehicle body sectional material through a first top floating installation base in a vibration reduction mode, and a vehicle roof air duct located above the vehicle roof trim plate is connected with the vehicle body sectionalmaterial through a second top floating installation base in a vibration reduction mode. According to the full-floating carriage structure, the interior trim is connected with the vehicle body in a vibration reduction mode, a sound bridge is effectively blocked, low-frequency noise in the vehicle is controlled, and the comfort degree of the noise in the vehicle is improved.

    本发明公开了一种全浮筑车厢结构及轨道车辆,所述车厢结构包括车体型材和内饰板,所述内饰板包括车内地板、侧墙饰板和车顶饰板,所述车内地板、侧墙饰板和车顶饰板形成内饰整体结构,所述车体型材与内饰整体结构之间形成夹层并在所述夹层中填充有吸音隔声材料;所述车内地板与所述车体型材之间通过底部浮筑安装座减振连接,所述侧墙饰板与所述车体型材之间通过侧部浮筑安装座减振连接,所述车顶饰板与所述车体型材之间通过第一顶部浮筑安装座减振连接,位于所述车顶饰板上方的车顶风道与所述车体型材之间通过第二顶部浮筑安装座减振连接。该全浮筑车厢结构将内饰和车体减振连接,有效的阻断声桥、控制车内中低频噪声,提高车内噪声舒适度。
