The invention relates to an all-parameter customized type dropper three-dimensional pre-configuration method and system. The method comprises the steps: adding an all-line three-dimensional world coordinate system for modeling in a dropper pre-configuration process; adding weight reduction models of all types of additional loads; defining the position of each dropper, the position and tension of an elastic sling and the position and weight of an additional load; adding a midspan dropper point height correction algorithm, adopting a finite element calculation method, calculating three-dimensional coordinates of a full-line contact network to calculate an accurate solution of the dropper length is solved. A full-line and full-parameter customization mode is adopted, the problems that an existing method cannot be applied to differential design and existing railway transformation customization calculation are solved, a three-dimensional space modeling mode is adopted, and the calculation precision is improved compared with the existing method. According to the method, a good engineering application effect is obtained, and through inspection, on the premise that all links are accurate,dropper calculation under all working conditions can be achieved, and the dropper can be installed in place at a time.
本发明涉及一种全参数定制的吊弦三维预配方法及系统,在吊弦预配过程中,加入全线路的三维世界坐标系建模;加入所有类型附加荷载的重量归算模型;加入对每一个吊弦位置、弹性吊索位置与张力、附加荷载位置与重量的定义;加入跨中吊弦点高度修正算法,采用有限元计算方法,求解全线路接触网的三维坐标,以此求解出吊弦长度的精确解。采用全线路全参数定制的方式,解决了既有方法无法应用于差异化设计、无法应用于既有铁路改造定制计算的问题,还采用三维空间建模的方式,计算精度较既有方法有所提升。本发明的上述方法获得了良好的工程应用效果,经检验,在各环节较为精确的前提下,本办法能够实现全工况的吊弦计算并一次性安装到位。
