The invention discloses a remote mechanical release control system for urban rail vehicle parking brake, relates to the field of rail transit, and solves the problems that existing rail vehicle parking brake can only release single-side parking brake each time, two parking brake cylinders need to be completely released twice, the system can only be operated under a vehicle, release tension is large, operation is difficult, the operation frequency is high and the operation position is inconvenient, and the like. Mechanical release push-pull cables of two parking brake cylinders on a bogie are connected to a push-pull cable integrated box with amplified force, and the mechanical release push-pull cables amplified and output by the push-pull cable integrated box are respectively led to positions convenient to operate on a vehicle and below the vehicle according to requirements. The operation of releasing parking brake of one bogie on and under the vehicle is realized; a travel switch is arranged in a parking release mechanism in the parking brake cylinder, a travel switch is triggered in the mechanical release parking process, a state signal is output, and the state is displayed on indicator lamps inside and outside the vehicle. The operation frequency is reduced, and the safety is high.

    一种城轨车辆停放制动远程机械缓解控制系统,涉及轨道交通领域,解决现有轨道车辆停放制动存在每次只能缓解单侧的停放制动,将两个停放制动缸全部缓解需要两次操作,并且只能在车下操作,且缓解拉力大,操作困难,操作频率高以及操作位置不便等问题。将一个转向架上的两个停放制动缸的机械缓解推拉索连接到一个力放大的推拉索集成盒上,推拉索集成盒放大输出的机械缓解推拉索根据需要分别引至车上和车下便于操作的位置,实现车上和车下一次缓解一个转向架停放制动的操作;停放制动缸内的停放缓解机构内配有行程开关,机械缓解停放的过程会触发行程开关,输出状态信号,并在车内和车外指示灯上显示状态。本发明降低操作频率,安全性高。
