The invention discloses a boarding bridge auxiliary connecting channel and a using method thereof. The boarding bridge auxiliary connecting channel comprises a chassis assembly, a lifting fork frame,a frame platform and a box body. The lifting fork frame is fixed on the chassis assembly; the bottom end of the frame platform is connected with the upper end of the lifting fork frame; one end of theframe platform is provided with a telescopic platform assembly, the telescopic platform assembly is provided with a pedal used for being in butt joint with an airplane, and the other end of the frameplatform is provided with a lifting assembly used for being in butt joint with a gallery bridge. And the box body is fixed on the frame platform. The problem that airport gallery bridge equipment cannot be in butt joint with a small airplane is solved, when the small airplane is in butt joint, the connecting channel is in butt joint with a cabin door of the small airplane, and after butt joint iscompleted, airport operators operate the boarding gallery bridge and complete the airplane connecting action through the connecting channel. The connecting channel can be used for conveniently connecting the airplane and the gallery bridge, is suitable for airplanes with various heights, lengths and occasions, and is convenient to use and high in adaptability.
