The invention discloses a pattern groove tire capable of enhancing a stone removing effect. The pattern groove tire comprises a tire body and grooves formed in the surface of the tire body and used for increasing friction force, patterns used for increasing the friction force are arranged on the surface of the tire body on two sides of the grooves, and stone removing blocks used for removing stones are arranged in the grooves; and the angle of the grooves is that an included angle between the two side walls of the grooves is equal to alpha+beta, the angles alpha and beta are radial included angles between the side walls of the pattern grooves and the tire, and alpha and beta are both larger than 0 degree and smaller than 45 degrees. According to the pattern groove tire capable of enhancingthe stone removing effect, the pattern grooves are designed by adopting variable-angle pattern grooves, and the stone removing blocks are additionally arranged on the side walls of the pattern grooves, so that the tread is protected from being cut and damaged by the stones.

    本发明公开了一种增强排石效果花纹沟轮胎,包括胎体和设置在胎体表面用于增大摩擦力的沟槽,所述沟槽两侧的胎体表面设有用于增大摩擦力的花纹,所述沟槽内部设有用于排石的排石块;所述沟槽角度:沟槽两侧壁间的夹角=α+β,角α、β为花纹沟侧壁与轮胎径向夹角,0°<α、β<45°,本发明设计一种增强排石效果花纹沟线轮胎,轮胎花纹沟采用变角度花纹沟设计,花纹沟侧壁增加排石块设计,帮助胎面免受石子切割和损伤。
