The shunting locomotive emergency bullet train controldevice and method have the advantages that through an emergency bullet train module, a locomotive is temporarily controlled to be capable of pumping air and running forwards and backwards without stopping, a generated fault point can be quickly and efficiently diagnosed in time and can also be locked, and the economical efficiency, safety and timeliness of locomotive operation are guaranteed.

    本发明涉及一种调车机车应急动车控制装置及控制方法,属于调车机车运用技术领域。本发明的技术方案是:(1)截取辅助发电信号,设立辅助发电开关和无辅助发电报警指示灯;(2)截取风压保护信号,设立风泵启动开关和风压报警指示灯;(3)截取工矿转换开关信号,设立强行前向行车开关和后向行车开关,断开微机控制,实现手动操作;(4)设立应急开关,实现信号截取,保护微机和信号传感器,实现应急动车操作。本发明的有益效果是:通过一个应急动车模块,暂时控制机车不停机能打风能前后向行车,能够快速高效地及时确诊发生的故障点,并且锁定故障点,保证机车作业的经济性、安全性、时效性。
