The invention provides a method for internal circulation refrigeration of a charging pile. The method is characterized in that a low-temperature refrigeration area is generated inside a cabinet of thecharging pile through a refrigeration device, the outside of the cabinet of the charging pile is heated and conducted with heat, and hot air is exhausted from the cabinet to complete heat exchange with the external environment, hot air flow generated by a heating module in the cabinet of the charging pile is drawn into the low-temperature refrigeration area, low-temperature cold air flow is circularly blown into the heating module and an area where the heating module is located from the low-temperature refrigeration area, and hot air flow generated by the cold air flow flowing through the heating module and the area where the heating module is located flows into the low-temperature refrigeration area again through an induced draught fan, in this reciprocating cycle, due to the continuouscirculated injection of the cold air flow, cooling and constant-temperature operation of component modules in the cabinet in the charging pile is realized. The method can realize the circulation of hot and cold air in the cabinet, and complete heat exchange with the external environment, the refrigeration effect is good, and the medium contact with the external environment is avoided, thereby realizing zero pollution in the cabinet.
一种充电桩内循环式制冷的方法是通过制冷装置在充电桩的机柜内侧产生低温制冷区域,在充电桩的机柜外侧发热导热,并将热空气排出机柜外部与外界环境完成热交换;然后把充电桩机柜内的发热模块产生的热气流抽入到低温制冷区域,低温制冷区域再循环吹低温的冷气流进入发热模块和发热模块所在的区域,流经发热模块和发热模块所在的区域的冷气流产生的热气流再通过抽风风扇又流向低温制冷区域,如此往复循环,由于有不断的冷气流的循环的注入,实现充电桩的机柜内部元件模块及设备降温恒温的运行的方法。该方法能够实现机柜内冷热空气的循环,并与外界环境完成热交换,制冷效果佳,且避勉了与外界环境产生介质上接触,从而实现机柜内的零污染。
