The technical solution tobe solved is that the rescue boat comprises a hull, which is connected by a fixed shaft in the middle, two support columns are rotationally connected to the fixed shaft, each support column is provided with a cavity, and the middle of each cavity is provided with an elastic diaphragm. In the initial state, the lower cavity has a lot of water and the upper cavity has a lot of gas. When the personsfalling into the water are placed in the lower cavity, the water in the lower cavity is squeezed into the upper cavity, air enters the lower cavity to achieve increase of buoyancy of the lower cavityand the weight of the upper cavity, and finally the persons are lifted to the hull to be rescued. After the persons are rescued, the water in the upper cavity is drained to make the support columns parallel.
