The invention provides a radar and dome camera linkage monitoring method, and the method comprises the steps: determining the radar coordinates of each monitoring object according to the longitude andlatitude coordinates of each monitoring object, a preset radar longitude and latitude coordinate and a radar normal deflection angle; judging whether the current behavior of each monitoring object belongs to an abnormal behavior or not according to the longitude and latitude coordinates, the radar coordinates and the motion information of each monitoring object; taking at least one monitoring object of which the current behavior belongs to the abnormal behavior as a target monitoring object; determining dome camera coordinates of the target monitoring object according to the longitude and latitude coordinates of the target monitoring object, preset dome camera longitude and latitude coordinates, a dome camera horizontal deflection angle and a dome camera pitching deflection angle; determining the distance between the target monitoring object and the dome camera, and adjusting the focal length of the dome camera according to the distance; and controlling the dome camera to acquire a corresponding monitoring image so as to determine a monitoring result. Monitoring is carried out by adopting a mode of combining radar and the dome camera, so that the accuracy and the credibility of amonitoring result are improved.

    本申请提供一种雷达与球机联动的监测方法,该方法包括:根据各监测对象的经纬坐标、预设的雷达经纬坐标和雷达法线偏转角,确定各监测对象的雷达坐标;根据各监测对象的经纬坐标、雷达坐标和运动信息,判断各监测对象的当前行为是否属于异常行为;将当前行为属于异常行为的至少一个监测对象作为目标监测对象;根据目标监测对象的经纬坐标、预设的球机经纬坐标、球机水平偏转角和球机俯仰偏转角,确定目标监测对象的球机坐标;确定目标监测对象与球机之间的距离,根据距离对球机的焦距进行调节;控制球机采集对应的监测影像,进而确定监测结果。通过采用雷达与球机相结合的方式进行监测,提高了监测结果的准确性和可信度。
