The invention discloses a hybrid power offshore floating platform which comprises an equipment carrying tray and an oil storage cabin. An equipment cabin and a fan are installed above the equipment carrying tray, an anti-vibration buoy is connected below the equipment carrying tray, the lower end of the anti-vibration buoy is installed on a cabin cover of the oil storage cabin, and a through holeis formed in the middle of the carrying tray. The equipment cabin comprises an oil pump, a generator, a rectifier, a storage battery and a hydraulic pump which are connected with one another, the generator and the storage battery are connected with a first controller, the hydraulic pump is connected with a second controller, a sensor in wireless transmission with the second controller is arrangedin the anti-vibration buoy, the rectifier is connected with the fan through a conveying cable, and the oil pump is connected with the oil storage cabin through an oil conveying pipeline. One end of the hydraulic pump is connected with the anti-vibration buoy, and the other end of the hydraulic pump communicates with the interior of the oil storage cabin. The equipment cabin is connected with a load. The platform can provide a stable working environment for carried equipment, the platform system is more stable in combination with a tension foot structure, the oil storage cabin provides diesel energy for the platform system, and meanwhile buoyancy and ballasting effects are provided.

    本发明公开了一种混合动力远海海上漂浮平台,包括设备搭载托盘、储油舱,设备搭载托盘上方安装有设备舱和风机,下方连接有抗震荡浮筒,抗震荡浮筒下端安装在储油舱的舱盖上,搭载托盘中间开有通孔,设备舱包括相互连接的油泵、发电机、整流器、蓄电池和液压泵,发电机、蓄电池连接第一控制器,液压泵连接第二控制器,抗震荡浮筒内设置有与第二控制器无线传输的传感器,整流器通过输送缆路连接风机,油泵通过送油管道连接储油舱,液压泵一端连接抗震荡浮筒,另一端通入储油舱,设备舱连接负载。该平台能够为所搭载的设备提供平稳的工作环境,结合张力脚结构,使平台系统更为稳定,储油舱为平台系统提供柴油能源,同时提供浮力和压载作用。
