The invention discloses a robot astronaut capable of being fixed and moving inside and outside a space capsule. The robot astronaut comprises an in-capsule moving platform, a connection fixing deviceand a robot, wherein the in-capsule moving platform is arranged on an in-capsule track, and can freely move on the in-capsule track; the bottom of the connection fixing device is fixedly connected with the in-capsule moving platform through screw bolts; lower limbs of the robot are in magnetic attraction and position limiting clamping connection with the connection fixing device; and the robot isdriven by the in-capsule moving platform to move on the in-capsule track. The robot astronaut provided by the invention solves the problems that an existing robot astronaut cannot move, the operable range is narrow, and the application scene is small.
