The invention discloses a novel overwater photovoltaic platform, which comprises a fixed platform and an annular channel arranged around the fixed platform. The fixed platform comprises a plurality ofmain floating bodies which are arranged in transverse rows and longitudinal columns, supporting assemblies are installed on the main floating bodies, and photovoltaic panels are installed at the topsof the supporting assemblies. The annular channel is formed by splicing transverse channels and longitudinal channels. Each transverse channel comprises a plurality of first passageway floating bodies and second passageway floating bodies with replaceable sizes, at least one row of main floating bodies are arranged between every two adjacent transverse channels, the front ends and the rear ends of the main floating bodies are connected to the first passageway floating bodies arranged in the same column as the main floating bodies, and the second passageway floating bodies are arranged betweenevery two adjacent first passageway floating bodies connected with the main floating bodies to adjust the column spacing of the main floating bodies. The longitudinal channels comprise equipment floating bodies arranged in parallel with the main floating bodies, and at least two columns of main floating bodies are arranged between the adjacent longitudinal channels. Structural adjustment can be rapidly achieved only by replacing the second passageway floating bodies of different sizes, operation is convenient, and universality is achieved.
