The invention discloses an electromagnet monitoring device and a maglev train, the electromagnet monitoring device comprises a monitoring device body, and the monitoring device body comprises a bottomplate and a core plate; the bottom plate is provided with a signal input interface, a conditioning circuit, an analog switch, an AD conversion circuit, a power supply circuit and a CAN module. The signal input interface acquires an analog signal of an external sensor, and the conditioning circuit conditions the signal of the external sensor to form a standard signal; the analog switch performs multi-channel acquisition on the standard signal; the AD conversion circuit performs analog-to-digital conversion on the standard signal to form a digital signal; a processor on the core board is used for restoring the digital signals, forming numerical values of corresponding dimensions and storing the numerical values in a storage module; and the CAN module transmits the numerical value to an upper computer. The maglev train can obtain actual numerical values of dimensions such as the vibration acceleration of the suspension frame, the vibration acceleration of the eddy current brake electromagnet and the temperature of the electromagnet, and monitoring and analysis of the working state are achieved.
本发明公开了一种电磁铁监测装置和磁浮列车,电磁铁监测装置包括监测装置本体,监测装置本体包括底板和核心板;底板上设置有信号输入接口、调理电路、模拟开关、AD转换电路、电源电路和CAN模块;信号输入接口获取外部传感器的模拟信号,调理电路对外部的传感器信号进行调理形成标准信号;模拟开关对所述标准信号进行多通道采集;AD转换电路对所述标准信号进行模数转换形成数字信号;核心板上的处理器用于对所述数字信号进行还原并形成对应纲量的数值并存储到存储模块;CAN模块则将所述数值传送至上位机。磁浮列车可获取悬浮架的振动加速度、涡流制动电磁铁的振动加速度及电磁铁温度等量纲的实际数值,实现对工作状态的监控分析。
