The invention discloses a laser-radar-based traffic light device and system, belongs to the technical field of traffic light control, and aims to solve the technical problem of how to combine the laser radar with traffic lights to regulate and control traffic signals so as to relieve road traffic pressure. A traffic light module is used for acquiring the state of traffic lights to form traffic light information; a laser radar module is used for measuring the position, the motion state and the shape of the vehicle by detecting an echo signal of the emitted laser beam to form laser radar information; a positioning module is used for acquiring positioning information of the traffic light module; an edge processor is used for jointly packaging the laser radar information, the positioning information and the traffic light information into monitoring information; a communication module is used for transmitting data information in a wireless communication mode; and a shell is used for packaging the modules, the laser radar module, the positioning module, the edge processor and the communication module into a whole. The system comprises a cloud platform and the traffic light device.

    本发明公开了基于激光雷达的红绿灯装置及系统,属于红绿灯控制技术领域,要解决的技术问题为如何将激光雷达与红绿灯结合来调控交通信号以缓解道路交通压力。其结构包括:红绿灯模块,用于获取红绿灯状态,形成红绿灯信息;激光雷达模块,用于通过探测发射激光束的回波信号来测量车辆的位置、运动状态和形状,形成激光雷达信息;定位模块,用于获取红绿灯模块的定位信息;边缘处理器,用于将激光雷达信息、定位信息和红绿灯信息联合封装为监测信息;通信模块,用于以无线通信的方式传递数据信息;壳体,所述壳体用于将上述模块、激光雷达模块、定位模块、边缘处理器以及通信模块封装为一个整体。系统包括云平台和上述红绿灯装置。
