The invention discloses a hydraulic self-balancing lifting appliance system for a large component and a working method of the hydraulic self-balancing lifting appliance system. The hydraulic self-balancing lifting appliance system is used for lifting the large component and comprises a lifting frame, a hydraulic control system, an electrical control system and a plurality of wireless tilt angle sensors, wherein the hydraulic control system and the electrical control system are mounted on the lifting frame and the wireless tilt angle sensors are mounted on the large component. The wireless tiltangle sensors are in wireless communication connection with the electrical control system. The hydraulic control system comprises four oil cylinders which are arranged below the four corners of the lifting frame in a suspended manner correspondingly. The lower ends of piston rods of the oil cylinders are connected with the large component through steel wire ropes. The electrical control system isconnected with the hydraulic control system. The hydraulic self-balancing lifting appliance system has the advantages that the problem of repeated lifting of the large component can be solved, the horizontal requirement of the large component can be directly corrected through a wireless remote controller after the large component is lifted, and the horizontal position of the large component can be more conveniently and accurately adjusted.

    本发明公开一种用于大型构件的液压自平衡吊具系统及其工作方法,用于大型构件的吊装,包括吊架、安装于所述吊架上的液压控制系统和电气控制系统以及安装于所述大型构件上的若干无线倾角传感器;所述无线倾角传感器与所述电气控制系统无线通信连接;所述液压控制系统包括四个油缸,四个所述油缸分别悬吊设置在所述吊架四角的下方,所述油缸的活塞杆下端经钢丝绳同所述大型构件连接;所述电气控制系统与所述液压控制系统连接。本发明的优点是:能解决对大型构件的反复起吊问题,能在大型构件起吊后使用无线遥控器对大型构件的水平要求进行直接校正,更方便对大型构件的水平位置进行准确调整。
