The invention discloses a steam boiler for a ship. The steam boiler comprises a boiler body, an electric heating element spirally wound on the inner wall of the boiler body and a boiler cover fastenedto the top of the boiler body, a circular truncated cone is arranged in the middle of the bottom of the boiler cover, the same steam hole is formed in the boiler cover and the circular truncated cone, and a safety valve is arranged at the bottom of the steam hole. A main funnel is arranged in the boiler body, adsorption mechanisms capable of achieving magnetic adsorption are arranged in a vertical cylinder, the boiler body is bumped to cause water to impact upwards to fall into the main funnel and the vertical cylinder, the water is prevented from falling into water on the outer side of the vertical cylinder, agitation of the water on the outer side of the vertical cylinder is reduced, when the water in the vertical cylinder impacts upwards, a blocking disc blocks an auxiliary funnel, then the situation that the water in the vertical cylinder and the water on the outer side impact towards the boiler cover together is reduced, the amount of surging water is reduced, meanwhile, when theadsorption mechanisms on the two sides attract, the impact force of the water can be consumed, and the impact force of the water in the vertical cylinder is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种船舶用蒸汽锅炉,包括炉体、螺旋缠绕在炉体内壁上的电热元件和扣紧在其顶部的炉盖,所述炉盖底部中部位置设置有圆台,炉盖和圆台上设置有同一个蒸汽孔,蒸汽孔底部设置有安全阀;本发明通过在炉体内部设置有主漏斗,竖直筒内部设置有能够磁性吸附的吸附机构,炉体受到颠簸导致水分向上撞击掉落到主漏斗内和竖直筒内,防止水分掉落到竖直筒外侧处的水中,降低竖直筒外侧处水分的激荡,在竖直筒内部的水分向上撞击时,挡盘将辅漏斗阻挡,进而降低竖直筒内部的水分与外侧的水分一同向炉盖处撞击,使激荡的水量降低,同时两侧的吸附机构吸引时,能消耗水分的冲击力,降低了水分在竖直筒内的冲击力。
