The problems of supporting, insulation and sealing of an annular stator are solved, and the position between a double-annular rotor and the annular stator is supported and positioned by a front thrust bearing and a rear thrust bearing; when the double-ring permanent magnet motor rotates in water, the front thrust bearing and the rear thrust bearing are in water lubrication friction, and bearing noise is not generated; the fairing and an inner connecting cylinder of the double-channel spiral pump surround double-channel water spraying noise, the radial dimension of the double-channel spiral blades is small, the spiral streamline dimension of the blades is long, the fluid resistance of the spiral blades is small, cavitation bubbles are not generated during high-speed rotation, the noise is greatly reduced, and the water spraying flow of the double-channel spiral pump spraying propeller is doubled; and the pump spraying flow of the two channels isbalanced.
