The invention discloses a Z-shaped folding wing variable aircraft. The aircraft comprises an aircraft body and a folding three-section wing. The folding three-section wing comprises an inner wing, a middle wing, an outer wing, an inner rotating shaft mechanism and an outer rotating shaft mechanism; the inner wings are fixed to the outer side of the aircraft body; the inner rotating shaft mechanismcomprises a first cabin barrel fixed to the inner wing, a first force transmission shaft arranged in the first cabin barrel, a first motor used for driving the first force transmission shaft to rotate, and a first planetary gear train structure connected with the first force transmission shaft. The first planetary gear train structure is used for driving the middle wing to rotate around the firstforce transmission shaft at a constant speed; the outer rotating shaft mechanism comprises a second cabin barrel fixed to the middle wing, a second force transmission shaft arranged in the second cabin barrel, a second motor used for driving the second force transmission shaft to rotate, and a second planetary gear train structure connected with the second force transmission shaft. The second planetary gear train structure is used for driving the outer wing to rotate around the second force transmission shaft at a constant speed. Stable variants of wings are achieved on the basis of the planetary gear train structures.
