The invention provides a manufacturing method of a seamless toothed rim. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps that machining is carried out on a cylindrical composite material by using a mold and adopting an extrusion method to form a cylindrical sectional material with toothed ribs; the tooth-shaped ribs are turned and milled from the two ends of the cylindrical sectional material to the middle of the cylindrical sectional material; the two ends of the cylindrical sectional material are flanged to form a rim which extends outwards and is flanged inwards; spinning is carriedout on the outer side of the cylindrical sectional material to form a rim tire groove; heat treatment processing is carried out on the cylindrical sectional material; and machining is carried out on the cylindrical sectional material to form a tire bead seat, and the seamless toothed rim is obtained. According to the manufacturing method of the seamless forged toothed rim, the same toothed cylindrical sectional material has the condition of machining rims with different appearances, the size of an adaptive center disc is wide, the machining process is simple, and the manufacturing time of therim is shortened; and after a product is formed, the toothed ribs in a toothed cylinder equivalently form a net shape transversely in the rim, so that a plurality of reinforcing ribs are added, and the strength of the rim is greatly improved.
本发明提出了一种无缝齿状轮辋制作方法,包括以下步骤:使用模具采用挤压方法对圆筒形的复合材料进行加工,形成具有齿状筋条的圆筒型材;从所述圆筒型材的两端向中间对所述齿状筋条进行车铣;将所述圆筒型材的两端翻边,构成向外延伸并内翻的轮缘;对所述圆筒型材外侧进行旋压,形成轮辋胎槽;对所述圆筒型材进行热处理加工;对所述圆筒型材进行机械加工形成胎圈座,得到无缝齿状轮辋。本发明提出的无缝锻造齿状轮辋的制造方法,使同一件齿状圆筒型材具备了加工不同外观轮毂的条件,且适配中心盘尺寸宽泛,加工工序简单,缩短了轮毂的制造时间。形成产品后齿状圆筒内的齿状筋条相当于在轮辋内横向形成网状增加了多条加强筋,大幅度提升轮毂强度。
