The invention discloses an unmanned aerial vehicle lightweight structure and a technological method. The unmanned aerial vehicle lightweight structure comprises a vehicle body, a support and wings, aplurality of supporting columns of the vehicle body are installed on a bottom plate, a plurality of connecting concave heads are connected with the supporting columns, an outer film covers the surfaces of the supporting columns, and connecting convex heads and connecting concave heads of the support are detachably connected. The shell is connected with the connecting protruding head, and the metalcontact is installed on the connecting protruding head and electrically connected with the steering engine through a wire. According to the unmanned aerial vehicle lightweight structure, the vehiclebody is made into the hollow structure of the bottom plate and the supporting columns, the surface of the vehicle body is covered with the outer film so that the weight of the unmanned aerial vehiclecan be reduced as much as possible, meanwhile, the connecting convex heads and the connecting concave heads are arranged so that the support can be detached from the vehicle body, and therefore assembly and storage are easier; the portability of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be greatly improved, and therefore the problems that an existing unmanned aerial vehicle is integrally formed, so that thestructure is heavy, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is inconvenient to carry can be solved.

    本发明公开了一种无人机轻量化结构及工艺方法,包括机身、支架和机翼,机身的多个支撑柱安装在底板上,多个连接凹头和支撑柱连接,外膜覆盖在多个支撑柱表面,支架的连接凸头和连接凹头可拆卸连接,壳体和连接凸头连接、金属触点安装在连接凸头上,通过导线和舵机电连接。通过将机身做成所述底板和所述支撑柱的镂空结构,并在表面覆盖所述外膜,以尽量减轻无人机的重量,同时,设置所述连接凸头和所述连接凹头使得所述支架可以和所述机身拆分,从而更加容易地进行组装和收纳,可以极大地增加无人机的便携性,从而可以解决现有的无人机通过一体化成形,使得结构较为沉重而且不方便携带的问题。
