The invention relates to the field of planet series-parallel hybrid electric vehicle control strategies, and discloses a planet series-parallel type automobile driving charging power dynamic adjustingmethod and an automobile. The method comprises the steps: S1, calculatingtheoretical optimal charging power, calculating the theoretical optimal charging power according to the theoretical optimal power of the engine and the driver demand power under the current working condition; S2, calculating the dynamic adjustment charging power of the battery, taking the minimum value of the dynamic adjustment power of the engine and the required power of the driver, and calculating the dynamic adjustment charging power of the battery according to the minimum value, the minimum charging power and the required power of the driver; and S3, determining the target charging power of the battery, and determining the target charging power of the battery as the theoretical optimal charging power or the battery dynamic adjustment charging power by comparing the theoretical optimal charging power with the minimum charging power, so that the target charging power of the battery can be changed along with the optimal power of the engine, and the economy of fuel oil is ensured.
