The photovoltaic charging panel comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle body, a mounting groove is formed in the unmanned aerial vehicle body, a control module is mounted in the mounting groove, a motor is mounted in the mounting groove, a first bevel gear is mounted on an output shaft of the motor, a rotating shaft is rotatably connected to the interior of the mounting groove, a second bevel gear is fixedly connected to the rotating shaft in a sleeving mode, the first bevel gearand the second bevel gear are in engaged transmission, the rotating shaft penetrates out of the unmanned aerial vehicle body and is connected with a rotating disc, and a buffer mechanism is mounted at the top of the unmanned aerial vehicle body and is in rolling connection with the rotating disc; and a mounting base is mounted at the top of the rotary disc, a sliding groove is formed in the top of the mounting base, an electric push rod is mounted in the sliding groove, and a sliding block is fixed to a piston rod of the electric push rod. The photovoltaic panel can always work at the optimallight receiving angle conveniently, and thus the cruising ability of the unmanned aerial vehicle body is greatly improved.
