The invention provides a traction type elevator fault analysis method, and belongs to the technical field of elevator detection. The method comprises steps: laying distributed optical fibers along thelength direction of an elevator guide rail, and connecting the distributed optical fibers with a measurement host; in the movement process of an elevator car, outputting characteristic signals detected by the distributed optical fibers through the measuring host; when the characteristic of the characteristic signals exceeds a preset standard, preprocessing the characteristic signals, extracting asignal interval including a part exceeding the preset standard from the preprocessed characteristic signals as to-be-analyzed signals, performing ITD decomposition on the to-be-analyzed signals, andsolving a frequency spectrum of a related component after ITD decomposition is completed; and comparing the frequency spectrum with a database to determine a fault type and a damage degree. Accordingto the traction type elevator fault analysis method, the detection steps are simplified, the detection precision is improved, and the work efficiency of elevator maintenance is improved.

    本发明提供了曳引式电梯故障分析方法,属于电梯检测技术领域,包括沿电梯导轨长度方向上铺设分布式光纤,将分布式光纤连接测量主机。在电梯的轿厢运动过程中由测量主机输出分布式光纤检测到的特征信号。当特征信号的特征超过预设标准时,对特征信号进行预处理,从预处理完成后的特征信号中提取出包括超过预设标准部分在内的信号区间作为待分析信号,将待分析信号进行ITD分解,求取ITD分解完成后相关分量的频谱。将频谱与数据库进行比较,确定故障类型以及损坏程度。本发明提供的曳引式电梯故障分析方法不仅简化了检测的步骤,同时提高了检测的精度,提高了电梯维保的工作效率。
