The invention discloses a hoisting structure for a large glass rib. The hoisting structure comprises a building upper beam, a suspension frame, a rotating suspension arm, a rotating suspension clamp,the glass rib, a channel steel clamp, a supporting base and a building platform; and the suspension frame is fixedly installed on a building upper beam, the rotating suspension arm is fixedly installed on the suspension frame, the upper end of the rotating suspension clamp is hinged to the rotating suspension arm, the lower end of the rotating suspension clamp is matched with the upper end of theglass rib, the lower end of the glass rib is matched with the channel steel clamp, the channel steel clamp is installed on the supporting base, and the supporting base is fixedly installed on the building platform. The glass rib of the hoisting structure is hung and is convenient to mount and replace, and the stability of the glass rib is improved; the glass rib and upper and lower connecting pieces are processed and assembled in a processing workshop and only need to be hoisted and fixed on site, so that the construction efficiency is improved; and optimized top and bottom structures of the glass rib can eliminate the installation error of the large-span glass rib and can ensure the flatness of the glass rib, the rupture disk rate of glass is decreased, the use safety of a product is improved, materials are saved, and construction and maintenance costs are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种大型玻璃肋的吊装结构,包含建筑上梁、悬吊架、转动吊臂、转动吊夹、玻璃肋、槽钢夹具、支撑底座和建筑地台;悬吊架固定安装在建筑上梁上,转动吊臂固定安装在悬吊架上,转动吊夹的上端与转动吊臂铰接,转动吊夹的下端与玻璃肋的上端配合,玻璃肋的下端与槽钢夹具配合,槽钢夹具安装在支撑底座上,支撑底座固定安装在建筑地台上;本方案的玻璃肋采用吊挂形式,安装更换方便,提高了玻璃肋的稳定性;玻璃肋以及上下连接件的加工及组装均在加工车间进行,只需现场吊装固定,提高了施工效率;优化后的玻璃肋顶部和底部结构可以消除大跨度玻璃肋的安装误差,并能保证玻璃肋的平整度,降低了玻璃的爆片率,提高了产品使用的安全性,节约了材料,降低了建造及维修成本。
