The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle charging panels, in particular to an unmanned aerial vehicle integrated charging panel which comprises a motor control panel anda charging module which are detachably connected through a control interface. The motor control panel is provided with four stepping motor drivers, an MCU core board, a motor driving power supply control relay, a 5v power supply input, a general IO and eight limit switch acquisition units. The charging module is provided with a power monitor, an electronic switch, an unmanned aerial vehicle switch relay, a charging output channel switching relay, a charging saturation judgment circuit and a charging power supply switch relay. By the adoption of the structural arrangement, the unmanned aerialvehicle integrated charging panel is formed by detachably connecting the motor control panel and the charging module through the control interface in an integrated mode, and compared with the prior art, the problems that wiring is complex, maintenance is inconvenient, and charging stability is not high can be effectively solved.

    本发明涉及无人机充电板技术领域,特指一种无人机集成充电板,包括电机控制板与充电模块,电机控制板与充电模块通过控制接口可拆卸连接,电机控制板上设有四路步进电机驱动、MCU核心板、电机驱动电源控制继电器、5v电源输入、通用IO以及八路限位开关采集,充电模块上设有功率监控、电子开关、无人机开关继电器、充电输出通道切换继电器、充电饱和判断电路以及充电电源开关继电器。采用这样的结构设置,其无人机集成充电板采用集成的方式由电机控制板与充电模块通过控制接口可拆卸连接构成,相比现有技术而言,其可有效解决连线复杂,维护不方便,且充电稳定性不强的问题。
