The invention provides an energy storage battery system, which comprises: a containing cabinet and a pressing plate, wherein the containing cabinet is of a structure with an opening in the upper end,and the pressing plate covers the opening; a single battery set of a lithium battery for being used es as an energy storage battery, wherein the single battery set comprises single batteries of a plurality of lithium batteries, and is arranged in the containing cabinet; a voltage stabilizing device arranged in the pressing plate, wherein the voltage stabilizing device comprises a columnar moving strip and a pressing part, the wall face of the moving strip is sleeved with a columnar moving ring, one side of the outer wall of the moving ring is fixedly connected with a stabilizing part, and theinterior of the pressing part is movably connected with an embedding part; and the electrode of the lithium battery, wherein the electrode is arranged at the lower end of the inner wall of the containing cabinet. According to the invention, the defects that in the prior art, when a lithium battery serving as an energy storage battery is poor in power supply performance and needs to be replaced, rivets on stabilizing equipment must be dismounted one by one, all operation is tedious, time and labor are consumed, and the lithium battery is not suitable are effectively overcome.
