An intelligent power distribution system capable of adapting to power supply capacity fluctuation comprises a power generation system, a cloud server, a remote communication device and a power storageand utilization load, wherein the cloud server receives system information of the power generation system and predicts surplus electric quantity information of the power generation system in combination with power generation capacity influence factors and power utilization information; and the cloud server also receives the rechargeable quantity information uploaded by the power storage and utilization load, and reasonably arranges the corresponding power storage and utilization load to access the power grid for charging in combination with the rechargeable quantity information of the power storage and utilization load and the surplus electric quantity information of the power generation system. The invention further provides an intelligent power distribution method capable of adapting topower supply capacity fluctuation. The power storage and utilization load is directly connected to the power grid, and the surplus electric quantity is directly stored to the power storage and utilization load when the surplus electric quantity exists in the power generation system, so that the construction, management and maintenance costs of the power storage station can be saved compared witha mode of storing the surplus electric quantity by adopting the power storage station.
一种能够适应供电能力波动的智能配电系统,包括:发电系统、云端服务器、远程通讯装置、以及储电用电负载,云端服务器接收发电系统的系统信息,并结合发电能力影响因素和用电信息预测发电系统的盈余电量信息;云端服务器还接收储电用电负载上传的可充电量信息,并结合储电用电负载的可充电量信息和发电系统的盈余电量信息合理安排对应的储电用电负载接入电网充电。本发明还提供一种能够适应供电能力波动的智能配电方法。本发明将储电用电负载直接接入电网,在发电系统存在盈余电量时直接将多余的电量存储至储电用电负载,与采用储电站储存盈余电量的方式相比,可以节省储电站的建设、管理和维护成本。
