A safety tongs linkage mechanism comprises linkage sleeves, first lifting rods and second lifting rods. An inner sleeve and a spiral guide rail are arranged in each linkage sleeve. The first lifting rods penetrate through the inner sleeves and are meshed with threads of the inner sleeves, and the first lifting rods drive the spiral guide rails to rotate during lifting so as to drive the second lifting rods to act. Multiple types of linkage sleeves are included. The time that the second lifting rods lag behind the first lifting rods can be completely achieved by selecting linkage sleeves of different types, and gaps between movable wedge blocks and guide rails do not need to be calibrated.
