The embodiment of the invention discloses a heat dissipation surface expanding device for a cylindrical aircraft structure cabin. The device comprises a fixed screw hole, a mounting flange and a mainheat dissipation structure, and the main heat dissipation structure adopts a fan-shaped extension structure and is used for expanding a heat dissipation surface of the cabin; the mounting flange is used for mounting and fixing the main heat dissipation structure, so that thermal connection is established between the device and the cabin wall of the cabin body; and the fixed screw hole is used forconnecting the heat dissipation surface expanding device to the cabin structure body shell and providing a mounting position for the mounting flange. The device is mainly used for solving the heat dissipation problem of high-power-consumption equipment under the limited structural size of the aircraft, the outer size can be flexibly designed according to the power of internal equipment on the premise of not changing the layout of the internal equipment in the existing cabin, the passive thermal control design problem of the high-power-consumption equipment under the fixed structural appearanceis effectively solved, the device can be flexibly adjusted according to the size of the cabin and internal power consumption equipment, has no movable parts and is simple in design; the structure islow in thickness, light in weight and strong in expansion capability.
本发明的实施例公开一种圆柱形飞行器结构舱体的散热面扩大装置,包括:固定螺钉孔、安装法兰和主散热结构,其中主散热结构,采用扇形延展结构,用于为所述舱体扩大散热面;安装法兰,用于安装和固定主散热结构,使装置与所述舱体的舱壁建立热连接;固定螺钉孔,用于将所述散热面扩大装置连接到舱体结构本体外壳,为所述安装法兰提供安装位置。主要用于解决该飞行器有限结构尺寸下的高功耗设备散热问题,能够在不改变现在舱体内部设备布局的前提下,根据内部设备功率进行外尺寸灵活设计,有效解决固定结构外形下高功耗设备的被动热控设计问题,随舱体尺寸及内部功耗设备情况灵活调整,无活动部件,设计简便;结构厚度低,重量轻,扩展能力强。
