The invention discloses tire rim rubber as well as a preparation method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of rim rubber. The problem that in the prior art, the batch stability of tire rim rubber with natural rubber as a raw material is poor is solved. The tire rim rubber comprises the following components in parts by weight: 100 parts of cis-1, 4-polyisoprene rubber, 5-10parts of zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of anti-aging agent RD, 1-2 parts of anti-aging agent 4020, 2-10 parts of a tackifying resin, 0.5-2 parts of a cobalt salt, 3-5 parts of aromatic hydrocarbon oil, 60-80parts of N660 carbon black, 10-20 parts of N220 carbon black, 0.5-1 part of calcium oxide, 1-5 parts of a methylene receptor compound, 1-5 parts of methylene donor compound, 0.2-0.5 part of scorch retarder CTP, 1.5 parts of sulfenamide accelerant, and insoluble sulphur (wherein 5-7 parts of sulphur). The tire rim rubber generates little heat in the dynamic use process, and is high in quality, good in stability, high in bonding strength and high in rubber coating rate.

    一种轮胎钢圈胶及其制备方法与应用,属于钢圈胶技术领域。解决了现有技术中以天然橡胶为原料的轮胎钢圈胶批次稳定性差的问题。本发明的钢圈胶,以重量份计,包括:100份顺式‑1,4‑聚异戊二烯橡胶、5~10份氧化锌、1~2份防老剂RD、1~2份防老剂4020、2~10份增粘树脂、0.5~2份钴盐、3~5份芳烃油、60~80份N660炭黑、10~20份N220炭黑、0.5~1份氧化钙、1~5份亚甲基受体化合物、1~5份亚甲基给体化合物、0.2~0.5份防焦剂CTP、1~1.5份次磺酰胺类促进剂和不溶性硫磺(其中硫磺为5~7份)。该钢圈胶在动态使用过程中生热小,且质量高,稳定性好,粘合强度高,覆胶率高。
