The invention discloses an electric vehicle fast charging circuit and a control method. The circuit comprises a change-over switch, a direct charging branch circuit, a vehicle-mounted charger branch circuit and a battery pack; the change-over switch is connected to an external charging pile, and the direct charging branch circuit or the vehicle-mounted charger branch circuit is selected to chargethe battery pack; the control method specifically comprises the steps that firstly, the charging pile is connected with the direct charging branch, and the battery pack is charged through the direct charging branch; then the direct charging branch circuit is disconnected, the charging pile is connected with the vehicle-mounted charger branch circuit, and the battery pack is charged through the vehicle-mounted charger branch circuit. On the basis of the design of a conventional charger, a small number of devices are added, the method that the vehicle-mounted charger is used for fully charging the remaining electric quantity is adopted, a user does not need to manually switch a slow charging pile, and a boosting part does not need to be added to the whole vehicle; the device has the advantages of simple and practical operation, simple circuit structure and low cost.

    本发明公开了一种电动汽车快充电路以及控制方法,所述电动汽车快充电路包括切换开关、直充支路、车载充电机支路、电池包,所述切换开关连接在外部充电桩,选择用直充支路或车载充电机支路向电池包充电;所述控制方法具体包括:先将充电桩与直充支路连接,通过直充支路向电池包充电;后断开直充支路,将充电桩与车载充电机支路连接,通过车载充电机支路向电池包充电;本发明在常规充电机的设计的基础上,增加少量器件,利用车载充电机将剩余电量充满的方法,不需要用户手动切换慢充桩,不需要整车增加升压零部件;具有操作简便实用,电路结构简单,成本低廉的优点。
