On the basis of the design of a conventional charger, a small number of devices are added, the method that the vehicle-mounted charger is used for fully charging the remaining electric quantity is adopted, a user does not need to manually switch a slow charging pile, and a boosting part does not need to be added to the whole vehicle; the device has the advantages of simple and practical operation, simple circuit structure and low cost.
