The invention discloses an auxiliary frame mounting bracket structure which comprises an auxiliary frame mounting bracket, a nut and a cross beam. A limiting surface is formed on the upper end surfaceof a middle section hole, the nut is fixedly mounted in a mounting hole, the positioning surface of the nut abuts against the limiting surface, and the top surface of the nut does not exceed the topsurface of a first connecting surface; and the cross beam is fixedly mounted on a second connecting surface and a third connecting surface of the auxiliary frame mounting bracket. After connection, ajoint position is a cavity structure, high bending resistance and torsion resistance are achieved, and an installation requirement of the auxiliary frame can be met. Position changes of auxiliary frame installation points can be adjusted through the position of the bracket, and the cross section of a vehicle body cross beam does not need to be changed. The bracket and the cross beam are both madeof aluminum extruded sections, die cost is avoided, and the designed auxiliary frame mounting bracket is reasonable in structure, simple in process and low in cost.
本发明公开了一种副车架安装支架结构,包括副车架安装支架、螺母和横梁,所述中段孔上端面形成限位面,螺母固定安装在安装孔内,所述螺母的定位面抵在限位面上,所述螺母的顶面不超出第一连接面的顶面,所述横梁固定安装在副车架安装支架的第二连接面和第三连接面上。连接后在接合位置为空腔结构,具有很高的抗弯抗扭能力,能满足副车架的安装需要。副车架安装点位置变化,可以通过支架位置来调整,不需要更改车身横梁截面。支架、横梁均为铝挤压型材,无模具费用,设计的副车架安装支架结构合理,工艺简单,成本低廉。
