The invention discloses a new energy vehicle brake energy recovery control method which comprises the following steps that when a VCU receives a brake signal, firstly whether an ABS is started or notis judged; if so, the recovery of the braking energy is not started; if the vehicle speed is smaller than 30 km/h, braking energy recovery is started, and the magnitude of the recovered charging current is controlled to be I1; if the vehicle speed is larger than or equal to 30 km/h and smaller than 60 km/h, braking energy recovery is started, and the magnitude of the recovered charging current iscontrolled to be I2; and if the vehicle speed is larger than 60 km/h, braking energy recovery is started, and the magnitude of the recovered charging current is controlled to be I3. By the adoption ofthe technical scheme, series braking energy recovery is adopted, and meanwhile stepped recovery strength is adopted, so that the purposes of shortening the development period and reducing the development cost are achieved.
本发明公开了一种新能源车辆制动能量回收控制方法,其过程是:当VCU接收到制动信号时,首先判断ABS是否启动;如果是,则不启动制动能量的回收;如果车速小于30km/h,则启动制动能量回收并将回收充电电流的大小控制为I1;如果车速大于等于30km/h且小于60km/h,则启动制动能量回收并将回收充电电流的大小控制为I2;如果车速大于60km/h,则启动制动能量回收并将回收充电电流的大小控制为I3。本发明采用上述技术方案,采用串联制动能量回收,同时采用阶梯回收强度,以达到缩短开发周期,减少开发费用的目的。
