According to records ofembodiments in the invention, the Shore A type hardness of the kiss-coating sizing material is 70-80 degrees, tensile strength is 25.0-30.0 MPa, elongation at break is 400-500%, tearing strength is 90-105 kN/m, the bonding strength of the material with a steel wire is 1300-1500 N/12.5 mm, the bonding strength of the material with the steel wire after hot air aging at 100 DEG C for 24 h is 1200-1400 N/12.5 mm, and the grade of flex cracking (300,000 times) is 4-6.

    本发明涉及高分子材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种挂胶胶料及其制备方法和应用。根据实施例的记载,本发明所述的挂胶胶料的邵尔A型硬度为70~80度,拉伸强度为25.0~30.0MPa,扯断伸长率为400~500%,撕裂强度为90~105kN/m,与钢丝的粘合强度为1300~1500N/12.5mm,100℃×24h热空气老化后与钢丝粘合强度为1200~1400N/12.5mm,屈挠龟裂(30万次)的裂级为4~6级。
