The invention discloses a sports car protection system for an inclined roadway track, which comprises a mine car, a winch and a top plate arranged in an inclined roadway, and is characterized in thata first sliding rail and a second sliding rail are respectively arranged on two sides of the top of the top plate, and are respectively provided with a first connecting part and a second connecting part; the first connecting part and the second connecting part are movably connected with the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail, and the bottom of the first connecting part is fixedly connected with the mine car; by the adoption of the scheme, if a sliding accident happens to the mine car in the running process, after the mine car is impacted, the car arrester sensor and the depth indicator sensor send signals to the main control PLC, then operation is conducted from the winch control panel, and the motor stops rotating; the mine car with accidents can be stopped and overhauled in time, larger accidents are avoided, and the system is simple in structure and low in cost and is greatly helpful for production and manufacturing of enterprises.

    本发明公开了一种用于斜巷轨道的跑车防护系统,包括矿车、绞车和布置在斜巷内的顶板,其特征在于:所述顶板顶部两侧分别设有第一滑轨和第二滑轨,第一滑轨和第二滑轨上设有第一连接部和第二连接部,第一连接部和第二连接部与第一滑轨和第二滑轨之间均为活动连接,第一连接部底部与所述矿车之间固定连接;采用本发明方案,矿车在运行过程中若发生跑车事故,矿车发生撞击后,阻车器传感器和深度指示器传感器向主控PLC发出信号,然后从绞车控制板进行操作,电机停转;可以及时的对发生事故的矿车进行停止和检修,避免了更大的事故,本系统结构简单,成本低,对于企业的生产制造有较大的帮助。
