The invention discloses a variable-wheel-track four-wheel-drive agricultural machinery field test self-propelled platform, and belongs to agricultural machinery test equipment. Four electric cylindersare hinged on a platform frame; seat plates with bearing seat assemblies are respectively and fixedly arranged at four corners of the platform frame; hollow shafts are inserted on the bearing seat assemblies; single-turn absolute value encoders, connecting shafts, driving arms and swing arms are sequentially arranged on the hollow shafts; speed reducers and hollow rotating platforms are respectively arranged on the swing arms through connecting seat bodies; a wheel rotating angle adjusting motor is installed on each speed reducer, a wheel carrier is fixedly installed on each hollow rotating platform through an installation plate; a supporting barrel, an RV speed reducer, a flange plate and a hub fixedly-installed wheel assembly are sequentially arranged on the wheel carrier; a wheel rotating motor is fixedly installed on each flange plate; a power output spline shaft arranged in a center hole of each RV speed reducer is connected with a gear in the RV speed reducer through a power output gear. The platform achieves variable wheel track adjustment, and is good in adjustment precision, high in automation and universalization degree and high in application capacity.

    变轮距四驱式农机田间试验自走平台属于农机试验设备;在平台架上分别铰装四个电动缸,带有轴承座总成的座板分别固装在平台架四角部位上,空心轴插装在轴承座总成上,在空心轴上依次安装单圈绝对值编码器、连接轴、驱动臂、摆臂,在摆臂上通过连接座体分别安装减速器、中空旋转平台,在减速器上安装车轮转角调节电机,在中空旋转平台上通过安装板固装车轮架,在车轮架上依次通过支撑筒体、RV减速器、法兰盘、轮毂固装车轮总成,在法兰盘上固装车轮转动电机,配置在RV减速器中心孔内的动力输出花键轴通过动力输出齿轮与RV减速器内的齿轮连接;本平台实现了变轮距调节,调节精度好,自动化和通用化程度高,适用能力强。
