The invention relates to an electronic five-wire system turnout control device. An action circuit series connection hierarchical control is adopted, according to the invention, the two-stage simultaneous control of a safety relay takes effect and is used as an effective output condition of a module, the actions of the safety relay are respectively controlled by the two CPUs, the simultaneous effective output of the two CPUs is used as a relay pull-up condition, and relay driving voltage is switched on and off by a master control relay. When no output exists, a relay driving circuit is bypassed, so that the possibility of relay pull-in output caused by misoperation and breakdown of the driving circuit is reduced; the fixed operation and reverse operation of a point switch are controlled bytwo relays connected in series in a double-break mode respectively, the possibility of output of the relay due to adhesion is reduced, the state of the point switch is collected, and information is sent to the interlocking host through double CAN-BUS buses.
本发明涉及一种电子式五线制道岔控制装置。动作电路串连分级控制,本发明由安全继电器两级同时控制生效,做为模块有效输出的条件,安全继电器动作由2个CPU分别控制,两个CPU同时有效输出做为继电器吸起的条件,继电器驱动电压由一个总控制继电器接通与断开。在没有输出时,旁路继电器驱动电路,降低了误动作和驱动电路击穿导致继电器吸合输出的可能性;转辙机的定操和反操分别由两只继电器串联双断控制,降低了继电器由于粘连输出的可能性,对转辙机的状态进行采集,并将信息通过双CAN‑BUS总线发送到连锁主机。
