    本发明公开了一种氢能燃料电池汽车的门洞止口边结构。该门洞止口边结构是将侧围A柱上边梁、门洞止口边内板和门洞止口边外板采用一体成型,并且侧围A柱上边梁、门洞止口边内板和门洞止口边外板的材质均为铝型材,成型效果好,无需通过焊接工艺,大大简化了门洞止口边结构,止口边精度高;同时能有效降低模具费用及零件单件成本;止口边是通过侧围A柱上边梁、门洞止口边内板和门洞止口边外板一体成型,无焊接公差积累,使得止口边结构的切边精度好;止口边与侧围A柱上边梁融为一体,使得止口边的根部为实体,止口边强度高;克服了现有技术中采用多个部件焊接或搭接易形成孔洞,易造成止口边强度降低的缺陷。
