The invention discloses an automobile carpet sound insulation pad and a forming method thereof.The automobile carpet sound insulation pad comprises a PET sound insulation pad body, the PET sound insulation pad body comprises bonding structures formed by curing high-melting-point PET fibers and low-melting-point PET fibers after high-temperature melting, and the bonding structures are dispersed inthe high-melting-point PET fibers. The forming method of the automotive carpet sound insulation pad comprises the following steps: 1) opening high-melting-point PET fibers and low-melting-point PET fibers respectively; 2) mixing the two PET fibers; 3) preparing the mixed fiber into a blank; (4) transferring the blank into a steam mold, melting the low-melting-point PET fibers and then bonding intothe high-melting-point PET fibers, and therefore a sound insulation pad prototype is formed; 5) transferring the prototype of the sound insulation pad into a correction die for correction and shaping; and 6) transferring the sound insulation pad after correction and shaping onto a punching die for punching. According to the present invention, the automobile sound insulation pad is directly moldedfrom the PET fiber material, such that the use amount of the raw materials is low, the production cost is reduced, the density of each region is uniform, and the sound absorption and sound insulationperformances are good.

    本发明公开了一种汽车地毯隔音垫及其成型方法,该汽车地毯隔音垫,包括PET隔音垫,PET隔音垫包括高熔点PET纤维以及低熔点PET纤维在高温熔化后固化而成的粘合组织,粘合组织分散于高熔点PET纤维之中。该汽车地毯隔音垫的成型方法,包括:1):将高、低熔点PET纤维分别开松;2):混合两种PET纤维;3):将混合纤维制成坯料;4):将坯料转移至蒸汽模具中,低熔点PET纤维熔化后粘结在高熔点PET纤维之中,从而形成隔音垫雏形;5):将隔音垫雏形转移至校正模具中校正定型;6):将校正定型后的隔音垫转移至冲切模具上进行冲切。本发明中的汽车隔音垫直接由PET纤维材料成型,原材料使用量少,降低制作成本,各区域密度均匀,吸音和隔音性能良好。
