The detection and adjustment interval is synchronous with the scanning interval of in-service flaw detection equipment, the scanning interval of a double-track type steel rail ultrasonic flaw detector is 3mm, and the scanning interval of a large-scale ultrasonic steel rail flaw detection vehicle is 1.6mm to 6. 4mm.Normal flaw detection can be carried out in the scanning interval, meanwhile, the detection quality and speed of special places such as turnouts, small-radius curves and temperature regulators can beimproved, and flaw detection omission is reduced.
