The invention discloses a fixed wing and rotor wing hybrid aircraft which comprises an aircraft body, wherein detachable wings are symmetrically arranged on the two sides of the aircraft body, and anempennage is arranged at the tail of the aircraft body; at least one rotor wing assembly, wherein each rotor wing assembly comprises two rotor wing longitudinal beams and two rotor wing modules, the two rotor wing longitudinal beams are arranged below the two wings respectively, the two rotor wing modules are symmetrically arranged at the two ends of the rotor wing longitudinal beams, the two rotor wing longitudinal beams are symmetrically arranged, and each rotor wing module comprises at least one rotor wing and a first driving device for driving the rotor wing to rotate; at least one group of battery modules used for supplying power to the first driving device, wherein one group of battery modules comprises two battery modules which are symmetrically and externally hung on the aircraft body or the wings. According to the invention, the battery modules are creatively mounted outside the aircraft body or the wings, so that the design difficulty of the aircraft is reduced, and the heatdissipation and reloading efficiency of the battery modules is greatly improved; the fixed wing and rotor wing hybrid aircraft provided by the invention has the advantages that aircrafts with different configurations are formed according to whether the rotor wing assemblies and the battery modules are installed or not, so that the application range is greatly expanded.
