The invention relates to a supporting mechanism for applying simulation force to a gauge-changeable wheelset fatigue test bed, in particular to a cross axle box assembly of the gauge-changeable wheelset fatigue test bed. The cross axle box assembly comprises a cross axle box welding body, an upper cross axle box lining assembly body, a lower cross axle box lining assembly body and a cross axle boxswing arm shaft lining assembly body, wherein the upper cross axle box lining assembly body and the lower cross axle box lining assembly body are symmetrically installed on an upper side plate and alower side plate of the cross axle box welding body respectively, and the cross axle box swing arm shaft bushing assembly body is arranged on an inner side plate of the cross axle box welding body. According to the cross axle box assembly, a plurality of simulation forces can be applied to the gauge-changeable wheel set at the same time, and the defect that only a single simulation force can be applied traditionally is overcome. Besides, the simulation force is applied to the bogie connected with the variable gauge wheelset fatigue test bed cross axle box assembly body through the variable gauge wheelset fatigue test bed cross axle box assembly body; therefore, the invention overcomes the defects that a traditional wheelset fatigue test bed directly applies the simulation force to a wheelset, the wheelset condition is not considered to be complex, and application of external force may cause unexpected consequences.

    本发明涉及一种变轨距轮对疲劳试验台模拟力施加支撑机构,更具体地说,涉及一种变轨距轮对疲劳试验台十字轴箱装配体。包括:十字轴箱焊接体、上下部十字轴箱衬套装配体和十字轴箱摆臂轴衬套装配体,所述上下部十字轴箱衬套装配体分别对称安装于十字轴箱焊接体的上侧板和下侧板上,所述十字轴箱摆臂轴衬套装配体安装于十字轴箱焊接体的内侧板上。该十字轴箱装配体可将多个模拟力同时施加在变轨距轮对上,克服了传统只能单一模拟力的施加。此外,将模拟力通过变轨距轮对疲劳试验台十字轴箱装配体施加在与其相连的转向架上,克服了传统轮对疲劳试验台直接将模拟力施加在轮对上,未考虑轮对情况复杂,外界力的施加可能会导致意想不到的后果缺陷。
