The invention discloses a parameter design method for a bidirectional CLLC resonant converter. The method comprises the following steps: (1) providing the bidirectional CLLC resonant converter in cascade connection with a PFC module, and selecting the working frequency range of the bidirectional CLLC resonant converter according to one or more structural features and/or one or more performance features of the bidirectional CLLC resonant converter; (2) when the bidirectional CLLC resonant converter works in a wide range, initially setting the turn ratio of the transformer according to the working point of the rated voltage; (3) selecting proper Ln and Qe according to the charging and discharging mode; and (4) optimizing the turn ratio of the transformer, and then carrying out the operationin step (3) again until the bidirectional CLLC resonant converter has the required working efficiency. The method provided by the invention can enable the bidirectional CLLC resonant converter to obtain the optimal charging efficiency in wide-range operation, and is lower in implementation cost.

    本发明公开了一种双向CLLC谐振变换器的参数设计方法,包括:(1)提供与PFC模块级联的双向CLLC谐振变换器,并依据所述双向CLLC谐振变换器的一个或多个结构特征和/或一个或多个性能特征,选定所述双向CLLC谐振变换器的工作频率范围;(2)当所述双向CLLC谐振变换器在宽范围工作时,根据额定电压的工作点初步设置变压器的匝数比;(3)根据充放电模式,选择合适的Ln和Qe;(4)对变压器的匝数比进行优化,之后再次进行步骤(3)的操作,直至使所述双向CLLC谐振变换器具有所需的工作效率。本发明提供的方法可以使双向CLLC谐振变换器在宽范围运行中获得最佳的充电效率,同时具有较低的实现成本。
