The invention discloses a fuzzy self-adaptive sampling controller of an active suspension system, a structure and a design method. The method comprises the steps of collecting the vertical displacement and vertical vibration rate of a vehicle body, the vertical displacement and vertical vibration rate of wheels, and the current of an electromagnetic driver, carrying out processing through a time judgment module and a data processing module, obtaining self-adaptive parameters by using a fuzzy self-adaptive law module, processing the self-adaptive parameters into optimized self-adaptive parameters through the data processing module, adjusting current through designed voltage signals according to the optimized self-adaptive parameters, and returning potential energy generated by counter electromotive force to an automobile suspension system. Therefore, the active automobile suspension system can effectively control the automobile suspension system according to the sampling data, and the automobile suspension system can reach a stable state by controlling the input current of the electromagnetic driver.

    本发明公开了一种主动悬架系统模糊自适应采样控制器及结构和设计方法,通过采集车身的垂直位移、垂直振动速率和车轮的垂直位移、垂直振动速率以及电磁驱动器的电流,经过时间判断模块和数据处理模块处理,利用模糊自适应律模块得到自适应参数,再经数据处理模块处理为优化后的自适应参数,根据优化后的自适应参数并使用设计的电压信号来调节电流,将逆电动势产生的势能返回给汽车悬架系统,从而使主动汽车悬架系统根据采样数据实现对汽车悬架系统的有效控制,进而通过控制电磁驱动器的输入电流使汽车悬架系统达到稳定的状态。
