According to the embodiment of the invention, the traditional clutch is replaced by the overrunning clutch, and due to the mechanical characteristics of the overrunning clutch, under different working conditions, the power coupling between the engine and the motor can be realized only by controlling the rotating speed of the engine and the rotating speed of the motor through simple signals of the vehicle control unit, so that the overrunning clutch is in an overrunning state or a combined state, the control strategy is simplified, the research and development difficulty of the control strategy is greatly reduced, and the development cost is reduced.
