The invention relates to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses an automobile body and auxiliary vehicle frame collision failure structure, which comprises an axisymmetric auxiliary vehicleframe, wherein mounting support seats extending forwards are arranged at the two ends of the front side of the auxiliary vehicle frame respectively, kidney-shaped mounting holes used for being connected with a front extending beam are formed in the mounting support seats, connecting plates used for being connected with a vehicle body are arranged at the two ends of the rear side of the auxiliaryvehicle frame body respectively, kidney-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the connecting plates, two bushings extending upwards are symmetrically arranged at the upper end of the auxiliary vehicleframe relative to the symmetry axis of the auxiliary vehicle frame, cover plates are arranged at the upper ends of the bushings, the cover plate is provided with a semi-circular rectangular connectinghole used for being connected with a front longitudinal beam, the axis of the connecting hole inclines relative to the axis of the auxiliary vehicle frame, and a bending point is arranged on the inner side of the connecting position of the front longitudinal beam and the connecting hole. According to the method, the design requirements of failure time, failure modes and the like of the vehicle body and the auxiliary vehicle frame are reasonably matched, so that the problem of front collision performance optimization of the whole vehicle is solved.

    本发明涉及汽车技术领域,公开了一种车身与副车架的碰撞失效结构,包括呈轴对称的副车架,所述副车架的前侧的两端分别设有向前延伸的安装支座,所述安装支座上设有用于连接前延伸梁的腰形安装孔,所述副车架本体的后侧的两端分别设有用于连接车身的连接板,所述连接板上设有腰形滑动槽,所述副车架的上端关于所述副车架的对称轴对称设有两个向上延伸的套管,所述套管的上端设有盖板,所述盖板上设有用于连接前纵梁的半圆长方形连接孔,所述连接孔的轴线与所述副车架的轴线倾斜,所述前纵梁上与所述连接孔的连接位置的内侧设有折弯点。本发明对车身和副车架的失效时间、失效的模式等设计要求进行合理的匹配,从而解决整车正面碰撞性能优化的问题。
